Acquisitions Agent/Project Manager:

Do you have your real estate license and do you want to get more deals in your market? Do you want to work with a growing investment company and have experience working with distressed properties? Do you have an interest in managing projects while making more commission? We’re looking for a full-time Acquisitions Agent/Project Manager to help grow our company in the San Antonio market.

 

The Company:

Pytcher Homes is a Real Estate Investment Company that specializes in residential development of single family homes in the Dallas Fort Worth metroplex. Over the past several years, we have purchased, renovated, built and leased millions of dollars in assets and are expanding to the San Antonio market!

 

The Position:

The Acquisitions Agent/Project Manager will be responsible for sourcing residential properties for the purpose of renovating and/or leasing through various methods i.e. MLS, wholesalers, referrals, etc. This person will also be required to work with contractors on a regular basis, make weekly visits to the properties and ensure the projects are completed on time. Must also manage leads and referral partners using our CRM software and be utilized for various tasks the owner may need from you to grow the company in the San Antonio market. You will also be listing completed projects for sale and representing the company as their agent. This is commission only. Commission will be paid at the purchase of any properties sourced by the acquisitions agent and at closing once the property is sold.

 

Requirements:

This position will require you to have an active Texas real estate license, bi-linqual is preferred but not required. Must be able to effectively analyze properties using excel (templates provided), must be able to communicate effectively and manage others and be proficient with excel, OneDrive and our CRM software.
